At-Onement Project

The mission of The At-Onement Project is to assist in transforming the lives of at-risk children their families and communities through mental, emotional and physiological healing programs including yoga, chi gung, meditation, and other healing modalities that educate, inspire and foster a sense of awareness and caring for themselves and their communities.

The At-Onement Project will offer an opportunity for underprivileged children to integrate a variety of healing modalities into their daily regimen to aid in the mending of emotional and physical trauma, offer therapeutic tools to support their well-being, minimize suffering, enhance creativity, improve concentration and academic achievement.

The program's objectives are to:

  1. Provide yoga, chi gung, meditation, and other modality instruction for underprivileged children in the regions' schools and orphanages;
  2. Train local school teachers as instructors to provide ongoing programs for the children and their communities;
  3. Provide a framework of support to help the children and their families discover ways to psychologically and financially support themselves, and;
  4. To foster a sense of Oneness within the receiver as well as the giver.
