The ExoticWarfare Lecture and Gallery Tour exposes the use of directed energy weapons, psychotronic weapons, and related technologies upon Americans and other individuals worldwide.

Come see the proof that electromagnetic weapons are being used on the world's peoples.  Watch slide shows and videos of electromagnetic attacks on people, animals, and the environment.  These photographs and videos are taken with special cameras and camcorders that have been modified to photograph plasma, and infrared (IR) or ultraviolet (UV) light.  The photographs show beam weapons (sometimes called "rods"), plasma waves, holograms, plasmoids (commonly known as "orbs"), ionized gas (often misnamed as "spirit manifestations"), and other energy signatures of the new generation of directed energy weapons that are attacking our minds and our health.

And yes, there is art, but you cannot see it with your normal vision.  The art is designed with inks and paints that only show up under light that is outside of the visible spectrum.  Once you put on the specially designed goggles, you will see the hidden, subliminal symbols, pictures and words.  This is a dramatic way to show people that there are spectrums and energies that can used covertly to influence, brainwash, and torture people.  It is a bit like the movie, "They Live".

The lecture covers the historical and current use and development of psychotronic and directed energy weapons.  Chemtrails, Morgellons, HAARP, impulse radar, and related exoticwarfare technologies are explained.  These programs constitute a continuation of a MKULTRA-like program gone global.

Donations and recurring sponsorships are used to fund the tour, to help targeted individuals (TIs) who do not have the economic means acquire the appropriate cameras, sound recorders, and frequency meters so that they can document their torture, and to provide them with effective countermeasures and/or shielding against these weapons.   It is the project's hope that once this fund grows and more information is brought forward from whistleblowers, through FOIA requests, or other means that lawyers can be found who will provide legal advocacy.  There is also a need for general relief to TIs who have become homeless, developed medically related problems, or are in danger due to harassment and aggressive surveillance, and a need for further research on these weapons and weapons platforms.
