The mission of the Palast Investigative Fund is to provide financial support for investigative projects under the direction of Greg Palast, including research, writing, production, distribution, and education in order to raise awareness of important news stories and issues relevant to public affairs and the public's interest. The Fund will support strategies and methods that include, but are not limited to: researching and investigating primary and secondary sources of information on political and financial topics of public interest; reporting the findings related to these investigations through written articles and accounts, and through productions for film, television, radio, Internet and all other media; publicizing and disseminating the reports via interviews, press releases, meeting participation, speaking engagements, email communications, web site updates, and all other forms of publicity and promotion.
